Comment

The project of "IOC" LLC (Irkutsk Oil Company) stipulates the construction of a plant for the production of ethylene polymers (stage III of the gas project of "IOC" LLC ) in the Ust-Kutsk region, as well as residential infrastructure. Products: low and high density polyethylene, ethylene, butene. The area of the factory will be 200 hectares. The launch is scheduled for 2024.
