LLC Avangard’s project envisages the construction of a Shakhty-based plant that will make polyester staple-form fiber in Shakhty. Within the framework of the project, on a plot of 50,000 sq. m, it is planned to build 20 buildings, including the main production building, and purchase equipment. Daily capacity: 200 tonnes of fiber. Investments: 5 billion rubles, including 500 million rubles of the Industry Development Fund financing.
