Power of Siberia-2 project stipulates the construction of a main gas pipeline along the western gas supply route from Western Siberia to China via Mongolia. The pipeline will also connect the gas-transport infrastructures of the West and East of the Russian Federation and provide gas supply to Eastern Siberia. Resource base: Yamal and Nadym-Pur-Taz region of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Kovyktinskoye field and resources of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The feasibility study of the project was approved in April 2021. Start of construction: 2024.
