Comment

The project envisages the construction of a 35 ktpa metallic silicon plant. Originator: LLP ANSA Silicon (owned by Canarax Trading LLC, UAE). The technology to be used was developed by Tenova Pyromet. The project envisages Phase II (70 ktpa) and Phase III (105 ktpa). It is planned to raise a loan from the JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
