Comment

The project stipulates the creation of a gas chemical complex for deep processing of natural gas into methanol on the basis of Kumzhinskoye and Korovinskoye gas condensate fields. Stage I: field development, gas production and treatment (2 billion cubic meters per year); construction of the main gas pipeline (length - 250 km, capacity up to 4 billion cubic meters of gas per year); construction and commissioning of the 1st stage of the gas processing plant for methanol production (capacity 1.8 million tons per year); construction of the marine shipping terminal in the projected sea port of Indiga (methanol shipment for export). Stage II: increase in gas production and treatment (up to 4 bln. cubic meters per year); construction and commissioning of the 2nd stage of the gas processing plant (up to 3.4 mln. tons per year, up to 10 thousand tons/day). Target year of the production startup: 2026.
