Comment

The project stipulates the construction of an ice-free deep-water seaport "Indiga" (vessels with a deadweight of 150-300 thousand tons) at the site of Cape Rumyanichny near the village of Indiga. Planned facilities: a coal terminal (cargo turnover of 30 million tons), an oil loading terminal (up to 17 million tons), an LNG terminal (6.4 million tons), a universal transshipment complex (3.8 million tons), specialized berths (1.8 million tons), port fleet and OSR bases, railway Sosnogorsk-Indiga (560 km), etc. Construction will begin in 2023.
