The project is on the list of priority investments projects. The project is aimed at the construction of a pulp and paper mill "Big Ust-Ilimsk" on the site of the existing mill. As part of the project it is planned to build a cardboard machine, purification facilities, install wood processing equipment, vacuum evaporation unit, soda regeneration boiler, build a plant for causticization and lime regeneration, etc. Capacity: 600 thousand tons of kraftliner per year, the total annual production is 4.3 million tons. Plannde launch - - September 2023.
