Comment

The project "Vostok Oil" envisages integrated development of the Krasnoyarsk region fields (Vankor cluster, Payakhskoye field and West-Irkinsky plot, East-Taimyrsky cluster). Project initiator: PJSC Rosneft Oil Company, the project will be implemented by Vostok Oil LLC. Resource base of the project: more than 6 billion tons of sweet oil (below-average sulphur). Investors: Rosneft, Trafigura (10% in Vostok Oil LLC), consortium of Vitol and Mercantile&Maritime (5%). The project stipilates the construction of oil recovery and treatment facilities, a port with 115 mln tons capacity on the Taimyr Peninsula, a main pipeline (length: 770 km), 3.5 GW power generating facilities, 3 airfields, 10 heliports, 2 sea terminals, 15 field camps.
