The project aims to comprehensively improve the performance of the Kyrgyz Republic’s dairy sector, including the improvement of the breed of cows, increasing milk output, and enhancing the efficiency of public and private services in the sector. Facilities to be created: ‘exemplary dairy villages’ featuring milk collection points, veterinary stations, and artificial insemination stations. The project-related plans include training farmers and offering preferential loans to farms. World Bank financing: $22 million, including loans and grant support.
