The II Eurasian Economic Forum is a platform to discuss the development of economic cooperation of the EAEU member states, cooperation ties between companies of the Union, the export potential of the member states and optimization of investment cooperation. The theme of the forum in 2023 is "Eurasian integration in a multipolar world".

The forum's business program includes a plenary meeting with the participation of heads of EAEU member states, panel discussions and an exhibition. 

The forum is timed to coincide with the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
