The Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association "Uztekstilprom" was established in 2017 to develop the industry and improve the volume and quality of products. The association has more than 25 members, including manufacturers of fabric, yarn, ready-made garments, and home textiles.

The main activities of the Association:

• creation of new and modernization of existing textile enterprises;

• introduction of modern technologies and international quality standards in the industry;

• improvement of workers' qualifications;

• expanding the range and updating the design of textile products;

• expansion of sales channels, development of the national brand of finished products;

• increase in production and export of products.
